Unemployment Scam Uncovered – Pantyhose to Blame

Columbus, OH (IB) – The investigative branch of Ohio’s Unemployment Compensation Commission lifted the skirt on a six month old pantyhose selling operation involving eight women from the Akron and Canton metro areas. The women were co-workers at a regional bank that was closed by federal officials in January 2009. While receiving unemployment benefits, the women started an online venture where they catered to fetishists of feet, shoes, pantyhose and stockings. The women allegedly developed the idea with the assistance of a male executive of the former bank who provided the initial funding and idea for the operation.

Security Camera Documents Pattern of Peversion

CLEVELAND, Ohio (IB) – An undercover surveillance operation that lasted for six months documented the after-work behavior of a member of the city attorney’s office. No, this isn’t a case of public servant fraud such as the Jack Abromoff and Bob Ney scandal. Nor was it a case of embezzelement or influence. This is a case of one city attorney’s shoe and pantyhose fetish that has now cost him his job.

The case started with an observation by a female member of the city attorney’s office, and her shared observation with other females in the office seemed to show a developing pattern. Work shoes were not in the same place that the ladies had left them under their desks. The distrubing part of the observation was that the insoles of all of the shoes were ’sticky’ in the morning.

It turns out that the male member of the city attorney’s office had a foot fetish and was appropriating the ladies shoes for his own extracurricular benefits when the office emptied in the evening. He seemed to go for the shoes of the lady who was last to leave each evening. Investigators speculated that he liked the ‘freshly worn scent’ left in the shoes by the lucky lady chosen for the evening. As part of the investigation, the police enlisted the assistance of the ladies affected by the shoe apporpriations and had them leave worn pairs of their pantyhose in their desk drawers. The shoe-humping attorney bit on the pantyhose bait, and police collected hours of surveilance video of the attorney sniffing and doing unmentionable things to the pantyhose bait and shoes.

The city attorney who was the subject of the investigation resigned his position last week following a departmental due process review hearing. On his way out of the review hearing, witnesses confirm that the ladies affected by his shoe and pantyhose sniffing behavior threw the very shoes that he made ’sticky’ at him as he left the building and used their worn pantyhose as slingshots to hurl office supplies at him.

We look for women in pantyhose (or in some nice trouser socks) dangling their shoes from their stocking toes. Ladies, the next time you notice yourself doing this, take a quick look around, and I’ll bet that you catch at least one guy staring at your dangling shoe.
